Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®)
​for Healthy aging project

The University of Illinois at Chicago offered a proven wellness program to Illinois residents who were age 60 or older, called WRAP®​ for Healthy Aging. 

WRAP is a program anyone can use to feel less isolated and more in control of their lives.

WRAP supports people in making their own choices for improved well-being, physical health, & quality of life.

WRAP participants create a personal Wellness Toolbox.

Participants support each other to build on their personal strengths & what works best for them.

Directory of Certified WRAP for Healthy Aging Facilitators 

Are you interested in starting a WRAP for Healthy Aging class at your agency or organization? Feel free to contact one of the certified WRAP facilitators who taught WRAP to seniors in our project. They are trained and experienced in working with older adults and may be able to set up a class for you. UIC is no longer arranging classes now that its project has finished, so please reach out directly to one of the individuals below.
